Terrance Brownlow-Dindy

Director/Dean of Academics

Terrance Brownlow-Dindy has been preaching the Gospel of Christ since 1999, and has served congregations in Dallas, Texas; Belton, Missouri; Kinder, Louisiana; and Lakeland and Eagle Lake, Florida. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Oklahoma (BFA – Visual Communications), and a 2000 graduate of the Brown Trail School of Preaching. Terrance earned the Master of Biblical Studies from the Bear Valley Bible Institute in 2016 and a Master of Divinity from Amridge University in 2023. He served as an instructor with the Florida School of Preaching from 2016-2021, and a member of the FSOP board of directors from 2018-2021. His experience as an educator also includes multiple years on the adjunct faculty of the Southeast Institute of Biblical Studies. He has been involved in evangelistic mission work in Jamaica since 2003. Terrance and his wife, Shenia, have 4 children and have been married since 1993.


Jason Rollo

Associate Director

Jason Rollo met and married his wife, B.J. Rollo, in his hometown of Lovelady, Texas.  They were married in June of 1995.  They have four children and two daughters in law: Jackson and Kate Rollo, Josiah and Nikki Rollo, Jenna Rollo, and Julia Rollo.  Jason graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1997.  After college, he attended Houston College of the Bible and graduated in 1999.  In 2000, he began Rollo Insurance Group and currently serves as its CEO.  He began preaching at the age of 19 (1995) for a small congregation in Apple Springs, Texas.  Since that time, he has been the local evangelist in several congregations in Texas.  He has been serving as an elder for the BCS church of Christ since 2014.


Dinc McDonald

Dean of Admissions

Darryl (Dinc) McDonald married his wife, Karen, in 1987. Together they raised two daughters, Morgan and Kaitlin. They also have 4 grandchildren. Dinc received multiple degrees from Texas A&M University. Included were BS in Biomedical Science in 1985, a BS in Veterinary Science in 1987, a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1989 and finally a Master of Science in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery in 1993. After college, Dinc owned and operated the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center for 16 years. This was a small animal veterinary surgical referral practice. After selling his veterinary practice, he worked for 4 years as staff surgeon at the small animal hospital for Texas A&M University. There he served as an adjunct professor at the TAMU College of Veterinary Medicine. Currently, he is the co-owner and operator of McDonald Ranches, a registered cattle operation. Dinc has faithfully served as an elder for the BCS church of Christ since 2014.


Tom Moore

Dean of Students

Tom Moore is a 1986 graduate of the Southwest School of Bible Studies in Austin, Texas. He has preached in local congregations in Laurel (Delaware), Buna (Texas), Comanche (Texas), Port Lavaca (Texas), Malvern (Arkansas), Temple (Texas), Hamilton (Texas), and is currently a full-time instructor and Dean of Students for the Texas School of Preaching in College Station, Texas. Tom is also one of the elders at the BCS church of Christ in College Station. Tom has also done course work at Jerusalem University College in Jerusalem, Israel, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Ministry from Southern Christian University. He has done religious work in Ghana, West Africa, Jamaica, and India. Tom is also the Associate Editor for the Gospel Journal. Tom and his wife, Carole (a Nurse Practitioner, and Medical and Religious Public Speaker), have three children, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. 


Morne Stephanus

Full Time Instructor

Morné William Stephanus is a graduate of the Memphis School of Preaching and has been preaching since 2008. Morné has served as a gospel preacher with congregations in South Africa, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia and Texas. He has been privileged to be involved with television programs, podcasting, writing, and preaching the Gospel in various parts of the country. Morné and his wife Amanda have two children, Spencer and Avery.


John Hall

Adjunct Instructor

John Hall married his wife, Jenny, on March 16th 2012. They have four children: Jude, Ruth, Hadassah, and Lily. John graduated Texas A&M with a degree in Actuarial Science in 2003. John has been preaching for over 20 years. He lived in Tanzania and taught in the Andrew Connally School of Preaching. Each year he looks forward to returning to East Africa to work as a missionary. He is the CAO for an Insurance Agency. Additionally, he has been the preacher at the BCS church of Christ for the past 12 years and also serves as a deacon.
