The cost for registration is $125 and is required to secure the camper's spot. Spots are limited to 24 young men, so please make sure to complete the form with payment as soon as possible.

Refund Policy: Should you need to cancel your son's registration, a full refund will be given up to 2 weeks prior to the start of PROCLAIM!. If you are cancelling with less than 2 weeks to the event, your son will receive a credit towards next year's retreat.

Registration will close when the 24 spots are full, but we will open up a waiting list if needed. If your child is on the waiting list, payment will not be collected until they have a confirmed spot.

I understand that first aid will be available and administered if necessary at the camp and that if serious injury or illness develops, medical and/or hospital care will be given. I further understand that in the case of serious injury or illness, I will be notified; but if it is impossible to contact me, I give my permission for emergency treatment and/or surgery as recommended by the attending physician. The camp/staff will not be held responsible in case of illness or accidental injury.

Code of Conduct

Obviously, the Texas School of Preaching holds to a biblical standard of moral conduct. No exceptions to this expectation will be allowed at PROCLAIM!. All students (and parents where minor age students are concerned) will be required to sign off on compliance with the TXSOP/PROCLAIM! code of conduct – which includes:

Formal classroom dress (dress pants, shirt, tie)
Modest casual dress (activities outside of the classroom setting)
Restricted cell phone usage (cells phones will be checked in, and only permitted for emergency use. Parents will be provided a list of numbers for the instructors in case of a need to contact their student).
No profane language will be tolerated
No tobacco use of any kind will be permitted
Respect for others (viz. all staff and fellow-students), and the property of others is required
As transportation to and from all PROCLAIM! events will be provided, students who drive to College Station for the retreat will not be permitted to transport himself or others during the course of the retreat.

- NOTE: Any serious situation requiring student discipline will involve a staff member making a call to the parents of the student under consideration, and possible request to have the student picked up and their remaining time at the retreat forfeited without refund.
